Although the images I create in the computer are quite non-objective, I do like to acknowledge references to the visual world when they seem appropriate. There often is an organic quality to what I produce and that quality might well be a reflection of my experience of the natural world in which I live.

Mountain Sunrise
This image was created in Corel Painter and finished in Photoshop. I wanted to create a set of shapes that wouldbecome the basis for a series of variations. So far I have about fifty variations of the whole image and additional variations on the image cropped. The title was suggested after I looked at the image.
